Brimming with finesse and freshness, the final product comes from an elegant combination of flavors such as juniper, cardamom and coriander, as well as the amalgam of several wild flowers, including lavender, iris and the butterfly pea flower. This gives the product its illustrious blue … or purple hue! Indeed, a hint of lemon or tonic allows BleuRoyal Gin to transform instantly: the blue liquid immediately evolves into a brilliant fuchsia cocktail, thanks to the anthocyanin contained in the petals of the butterfly pea flower, a sensitive coloring molecule with acid.
