How does the Sysco food distributor differentiate itself from its competitors?

Sysco stands out for the excellence of its customer service, the efficiency of the operations team and the strength of its transport team; all dedicated to serving its customers in an exemplary manner, among other things, with order accuracy and on-time delivery. 

We also have a whole team of food consultants, specialists and business resource consultants who are present and who provide personalized service that is unique in the food distribution industry. They are all qualified and dedicated people who can help restaurateurs, especially during this reopening period that we are living through, to make the right choices of products, at the right price or even review the menus to adapt to new realities.

In addition, we have eliminated the minimum orders to give more flexibility to restaurants and we have several services and strategic partnerships available for current and new customers. Finally, our new Sysco Delivery app allows customers to track their delivery, in real time – a huge advantage when we know how busy they are these days!

For several weeks now, Sysco has been planning the reopening of restaurants by being proactive, either by communicating with its customers, by implementing a new and faster online ordering service and by training qualified staff to respond to requests. We have also taken the lead by significantly increasing our inventories to cope with the reopening.
