Saint-Arneault products currently come from four Quebec regions: Lanaudière, Montérégie, Île d’Orléans and Centre-du-Québec. In order to ensure part of its supply and be able to develop new products, Saint-Arneault also purchased some land between 2016 and 2018. This is how Quali-Ferme was born in 2018. That is, over 1,600 acres and include a frozen potato warehouse tasked to supply the plant until the availability of the fall harvest. The farm stores more than 40 million pounds of potatoes. By cultivating and producing part of its potato supply itself, Saint-Arneault can ensure strict quality control more than ever before.

  • Founded in 1973, the company Michel St-Arneault inc. is a family-owned business from Montreal that processed and sold various pre-cut vegetables.
  • In 1987, the company acquired the rights to a European process that remains unique in America; the Qualifresh brand was born! 
  • In 1994, the company acquired new equipment to add frozen fried to its product line-up. 
  • Today, Saint-Arneault has more than 120 employees and its plant spans over 66,000 ft².
